GROWTH MARKETER / BRAND STRATEGIST BASED IN PAKISTAN WORKED ACROSS 3 MARKETS

HI, I'M SHAZAR ROUF.

Give me
the messy
part.

I test ideas, build the systems behind them, and scale what actually works.

CONTENT ↗ PAID ↗ AUTOMATION ↗ MARKET ENTRY SCROLL TO EXPLORE
01 / THE STORYFROM CONTENT TO GROWTH

I didn't start
at the top.

I started as an intern at Bending Spoons. The job taught me that content has a bigger job than collecting views: it has to make the right people care, trust, and act.

01
2022 — 2024ITALY / REMOTE

Bending Spoons

Intern to Junior Content Strategist to Brand Strategist. I worked on positioning, audience research, and content across social, web, and email for international brands.

02
APR — OCT 2025AUSTRALIA / REMOTE

Consultwise, growth team

I joined to test new ideas. I built CRM and automation workflows, shaped offers around real buyer problems, helped launch three brands, and built a team that could keep execution moving.

03
NOV 2025 — NOWPAKISTAN / DUBAI

Consultwise, marketing manager

I took on market expansion, content, social, paid media, and the handoff to sales. We entered Pakistan, then Dubai. I now lead a four-person team and manage $8–10K in monthly ad spend.

02 / THE WORKONE PROBLEM, TESTED PROPERLY

A CONSULTWISE GROWTH STORY

Leads were
too expensive.

The answer came from changing what we said, who we said it to, and how quickly we could learn.

01 / FIND THE PROBLEM

We tightened the ICP and looked at where lead quality was breaking down.

02 / TEST THE MESSAGE

We tried different hooks, angles, and video formats around real buyer pain points.

03 / BUILD THE ENGINE

We repeated the formats that worked and improved qualification in GoHighLevel.

WHAT CHANGED
83%

lower cost per lead, while lead quality improved.

Creative output grew from one campaign every 10 days to 15–20 creatives a week.

Results from my work at Consultwise Tech. The numbers reflect that engagement, not a universal promise.

03 / HOW I WORKTHE PATTERN BEHIND THE WORK

Curiosity,
with a system.

I like the part where the answer isn't obvious yet. That's when I get close to the customer, make a few good bets, and let the results tell us what to do next.

01

Test the idea.

Start with the audience and the offer. Try angles, hooks, formats, and channels before committing to a story.

02

Fix the handoff.

Good marketing gets wasted in a messy CRM. I connect content, paid media, qualification, follow-up, and sales.

03

Scale the signal.

When something works, make it repeatable. Build the team and workflow so the learning survives one campaign.
